Please read carefully our warranty terms before purchasing any social media or advertising accounts.

24-48 HOUR WARRANTY ONLY (1-2 DAYS) — NO REFUND AFTER 48 HOURS: Every product comes with a 24-48 hour warranty only. Once 48 hours have passed after purchase, there is no refund, return, or replacement for any reason. Report any issue within 24-48 hours of buying.

1. 24-48 Hour Replacement Warranty

All purchased accounts are warranted for 24-48 hours (1-2 days) from delivery for initial login issues (incorrect password, disabled account upon arrival, or invalid 2FA secret). Claims must be reported inside the 24-48 hour window.

2. Proxy & IP Requirements

Connect using a high-quality residential proxy matching the account country (e.g. US residential IP for USA FB). Free datacenter VPNs or direct local IPs for overseas accounts void the warranty if checkpoints trigger.

3. Void Conditions

Changing email/password before first successful warm-up login.
Spamming, rapid unapproved ads, or breaching platform policies.
Claims submitted after the warranty window.

4. Wallet & No-Refund Policy

All payments are processed in NGN (₦) via Kora Pay. Within the 24-48 hour warranty window, an approved claim is resolved with a fresh replacement account or wallet credit. After 48 hours from purchase there is no refund, return, or replacement — the sale is final.
